Who we are

Founded in 2017, Restoration Prime is an HCRA-licensed and Tarion-insured home builder and vendor providing professional, reliable services to both residential and light commercial clients. We specialize in delivering quality workmanship, structured project management, and a clear, straightforward client experience for all your renovation and construction needs.

Restoration Prime is proud to be part of the Camiko Group of Companies, a well-established organization founded in 1991. This affiliation provides our clients with the strength, stability, and resources of a long-standing group, combined with the focused expertise of a dedicated renovation and construction division.

We operate from a physical showroom and own a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Scarborough, reinforcing our long-term presence and operational capability. Our facility allows clients to review materials in person while supporting efficient material storage, staging, and project coordination—contributing to improved timelines and disciplined cost control.

We are also a licensed T85-Building Renovator in the City of Toronto, equipped to assist with Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Programs, including the installation of sump pumps and pipe severance & capping.

We stand behind every project we deliver and provide dedicated after-sales support to ensure long-term performance and complete client satisfaction.
