Founded in 2017, Restoration Prime is a HCRA licensed and Tarion insured home builder and vendor providing professional, reliable services to both residential and light commercial clients. We specialize in delivering quality workmanship, structured project management, and a clear, straightforward client experience for your all renovation and construction needs.

Restoration Prime is proud to be part of the Camiko Group of Companies, a well-established organization founded in 1991. This affiliation provides our clients with the strength, stability, and resources of a long-standing group, combined with the focused expertise of a dedicated renovation and construction division.

We operate from a physical showroom and own a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Scarborough, reinforcing our long-term presence and operational capability. Our facility allows clients to review materials in person and supports efficient material storage, staging, and project coordination—contributing to improved timelines and disciplined cost control.
